Why do I have to have someone come out to install my modem?
Speed, reliability, and stability depend on the signal strength from our network to your modem. We have found that having a professional installer out to set up the service is the most successful way to ensure the best possible connection. The technician will bring equipment to test for signal strength as well as several different antenna options. In rare cases the technician may suggest an antenna be installed outside to avoid interference or overcome variables such as stucco siding, polarized windows, or dense foliage.
